  • Manage/monitor project plan and deliverables status

  • Develop and manage project processes, including communications plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), work flow and client and subcontractor interfaces

  • Evaluate, hire and manage subcontractor services and related communications, as required

  • Manage procurement of main and secondary materials and supplies, including construction equipment required for installation activities

Turn-key Projects

In addition to individual project services, SAE is well positioned to deliver full, turn-key projects from conception to final acceptance. The object: to deliver all facets of a project that meet or exceed client expectations. To accomplish this, all SAE experience in the provision of solutions, products and services is brought to bear, including:

  • Develop project scope, and various project parameters in collaboration with the client

  • Design, engineer, review and specify the solution components

  • Deploy the project using suitable construction and installation teams, supported by testing and quality assurance oversight, and supervisory services

  • Track and manage project progress, finances, schedules and risks

  • Manage client and subcontractor interfaces, communications and reporting

Deliverables

  • A finished project, tested and accepted by the client

  • Project planning report

  • Engineering design report

  • Final project report containing a summary of the deployment effort, all relevant technical and financial documentation, and signed client acceptance certificate(s)
